I've have always believed that life has so much to offer, so why not do the things you love and the things that scare you? I love to create and I am also terrified of putting myself out there, but it's the little things that make life memorable. This is my outlet to simply be me, put to also use my outlet to bring knowledge and awareness to the things that matter most to me. How to Hack Happiness

What is Happiness -

We know happiness as a spiritual and emotional state that occurs within ourselves on a personal level. Of course, happiness is different for everyone, but one common factor in happiness is science. While science can’t give you the deepest and truest levels of happiness, increasing the “happy” hormones can help with better or “happier” moods.


What are the “happy” hormones?

The hormones Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphins, and Oxytocin are what is known as the “happy” hormones. When each of these hormones is in perfect balance, it can help your mood, sleep, memory, movement, and so much more.


Some natural ways to increase your “happy” hormones:

  • Laughing

  • Meditating

  • Journaling

  • Music

  • The outdoors

  • Massage therapy

  • Laughing

  • Nutrition

  • Exercising

  • Spending time with friends/family


Remember!!

Mental health is equally as important as your physical health, and doing simple things that fuel your body is just as necessary. Please make sure to take care of yourself and your brain! Most importantly, remember that each individual is different and things work differently for everyone.
